CALL FOR SELECTION: TRAINING EXPERT FOR CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

Location: Barcelona, Spain (CCIB – Camera di Commercio Italiana Barcellona)

The Cámara de Comercio Italiana Barcelona (CCIB) is seeking a Training Expert to design and deliver training and capacity building activities targeting Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCIs), sectoral stakeholders, and project partners within the MEDinCHAMBERS project. This initiative, funded under the Interreg NEXT MED 2021-2027 programme, focuses on strengthening governance within textile value chains across Italy, Spain, Tunisia, Egypt, and Turkey.

Key Responsibilities 

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training campaigns for CCIs and sectoral associations, and for supporting the Living Lab in Tunis as a capacity building facilitator. They will contribute to co-creation sessions of the Digital Detector and design and deliver training modules for the one-week bootcamp in Spain. The expert will also provide training and methodological support for matchmaking business visits in Italy and Egypt, support capacity building for the Regional QH Hub in Spain, and assist with technical dissemination and facilitation activities during Info Days, including parallel thematic sessions.

Candidate Requirements 

• Professional background in education, adult learning, international cooperation, textile or related disciplines, or fields connected to capacity building and training design.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes, workshops, or bootcamps, preferably in the context of EU-funded projects or international cooperation initiatives.
• Experience in facilitation of multi-stakeholder and cross-cultural learning environments, including living lab methodologies and co-creation approaches.
• Familiarity with the textile, fashion, or TCLF sector is considered a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of Spanish and English; knowledge of French, Italian, or Arabic is considered an advantage given the transnational nature of the project.
• Ability to design structured training modules and methodological frameworks adapted to diverse audiences, including CCIs, sectoral associations, and business operators.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with autonomy, methodological rigor, and attention to detail.

Contractual Terms

• Type: Professional service contract.
• Duration: From the start of the contract to the end of the project [23/09/27]
• Compensation: A total gross amount of 13.000,00€, inclusive of VAT
